poppletA mind map, Popplet is a really fun way for students to take notes and learn visually. Sections of notes can be color-coded for a more organize format. Notes can then be downloaded as a .pdf if desired.
There is even a blog site: http://blog.popplet.com/ where people post how they have used Popplet. This is a great place to get inspiraton! |
mindmupMindmup is actually a Google Extension that you have to add before it can be used. Once students add it to their computer, it works very much like Popplet. There are a couple ways to add it, but I have the students go to their Google Drive, Click on My Drive, choose More, then Connect to More Apps. Once you connect, students will be able to see it from their Google Drive.
While you are in the Connect to More Apps site, scroll through and find more awesome apps available to you through Google! |
read, write, thinkThere are hundreds of classroom tools available through this resource! I have only just begun to scratch the surface of what is available. I used the Notetaker Tool in Digital Design when we talked about ??? and we used the CubeCreator to create cubes about ???
